Tori Simkovic

Tori earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, which she attended as a member of the Miami Public Interest Scholars Program. While there, Tori competed in several highly competitive national moot court mock trial competitions, and served as staff editor for University of Miami Law Review. She maintains ties with her alma mater through her position as an adjunct lecturer, teaching for the Miami Law Innocence Clinic. Tori continues to demonstrate her public interest ethic in her pro bono service and dedicated advocacy projects.

As a former reporter, Tori honed her skills in investigation, critical analysis, and storytelling. Transitioning into law, she applies these skills not just to understand the law, but to actively shape outcomes and advocate fiercely for her clients.
