Coffey Burlington Partner, Paul Schwiep, presented at The Beacon Council's Access Breakfast regarding Miami's Next Big Idea, The Underline. Mr. Schwiep serves as the Chair of the Miami-Dade Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust. The Transportation Trust is the 15-member independent organization comprised of citizens who serve as volunteers with the mission to oversee expenditure of Charter County Transportation Surtax Funds and implementation of the People's Transportation Plan.
