Jared W. Whaley

He has served as first chair trial counsel in more than 20 high stakes jury trials. He has also represented foreign and domestic professionals in grand jury investigations and prosecutions involving money laundering, health care fraud, accounting and securities fraud, as well as parallel civil proceedings. Jared is co-chair of the firm’s Criminal Investigation and Trial Practice Group. Jared practices in both Florida, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia and has represented individuals and businesses in diverse complex matters around the country. He has been a member of the firm since 2018.
